Scope and provider

These Terms govern your use of Yonoo, an AI aggregation platform operated by Collegium.House GmbH. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of service

Yonoo provides access to multiple AI models through one interface, including AI-powered assistance, intelligent routing, free and premium tiers, and chat history management.

User accounts

You may use Yonoo anonymously for up to 20 chats. Additional features require a valid email address. You are responsible for protecting your account, all activities under it, and providing accurate information.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; bypass limits or security; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware; harass others; or make automated decisions in high-stakes contexts without meaningful human oversight.

AI use and the EU AI Act

Yonoo is ordinarily the provider of an AI system that orchestrates third-party models; it does not train foundation models. A customer that uses Yonoo within its own organisation is ordinarily the deployer. The precise allocation of roles depends on the configuration and use case, and is settled for each deployment in the enterprise contract and data processing agreement. Enterprise assistance and document-analysis use cases are not intended for prohibited practices under Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and are not marketed for high-risk Annex III purposes unless a particular deployment is contractually scoped and assessed for that purpose.

Yonoo informs users that they are interacting with AI; AI-generated output is identifiable and model attribution is shown in-product. Outputs are decision support, not automated decisions. A human-review path exists, and customers remain responsible for final decisions. Models can err; evidence and traceability are provided where available to support checking output.

Enterprise source content stays within the agreed deployment boundary, alongside the privacy commitments described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party model providers and sub-processors may change; the current list is maintained in-product. The Act applies in stages: the prohibited-practice rules in Article 5 have applied since 2 February 2025, the obligations for providers of general-purpose AI models since 2 August 2025, and the Article 50 transparency duties for AI systems from 2 August 2026, with further high-risk provisions following from 2 August 2026 and 2 August 2027. We track these dates as they apply to each deployment.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.

Intellectual property and limitations

The service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Yonoo. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to process it through the service. The service is provided “as is”; AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and may not be relied upon without appropriate review.

Liability and changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City], Germany.
