The Fine Print (In Plain English)
Vesting: Your 2.5% vests over 4 years. After your first year (the "cliff"), you'll have earned 25% of your stake. The rest vests monthly.

What this means: If you stay committed for 4 years, you get everything. Leave early? You keep what you've earned. Fair for everyone.

Is the equity real? How does vesting work?
Yes, it's real equity in Yonoo GmbH (our German company). You'll receive 2.5% that vests over 4 years with a 1-year cliff. This means after Year 1, you own 0.625%. After Year 4, you own the full 2.5%. If Yonoo reaches €1B valuation, your stake is worth €25 million.
What if I can't post 2x per week sometimes?
Life happens! We're flexible. The 2x/week is a target, not a strict rule. What matters is consistent effort and genuine enthusiasm. If you need a break, just communicate with us. We're partners, not bosses.
Do I need to hit certain growth targets?
We don't have mandatory KPIs like "bring 10K users or lose your equity." Your job is to authentically promote Yonoo. We'll give you a referral link with UTM tracking so you can see your impact, but we won't claw back equity based on numbers.
What happens if Yonoo fails?
Startups carry risk. If Yonoo doesn't work out, your equity would be worth zero—same as any startup investment. But we're building something real, with real users, real technology, and real momentum. We're in this to win.
Can I also do other brand deals?
Absolutely! We only ask that you don't promote direct competitors (other AI aggregators or AI chat platforms). Everything else is fair game. You're not exclusive to us—you're a partner, not an employee.
How long until I hear back after applying?
We review applications within 48 hours. If you're a fit, we'll schedule a video call to get to know you. The whole process from application to signed agreement takes about 2 weeks.
